Law

There are many great reasons to go to law school, but it's usually important to feel pretty sure about at least one of them before going through the time and energy of applying. The Eliot Pre-Law tutors are here to help Eliot students and alumni think through the decisions surrounding why and whether to apply to law school, how to apply, and how to choose the right program.

Each semester, the Eliot Pre-Law tutors will hold an informational study break to discuss the basics of what law school is like, what you can do with a law degree, and what questions you should be asking yourself before applying. We'll also address the components of a typical application and respond to individual student concerns.

To chat about any aspect of your own law school decision, including pieces of the application such as personal statement or professor recommendations, please reach out to our wonderful pre-law resident tutors, Farris Peale and Liren Ma.
