Taking care of your physical, mental, and emotional health is one of the most important parts of college (and life)! We are here to support you in your wellness journey. Please feel free to get in touch with either of us (Annie: or Taylor: tmcguire@g.harvard.edu) at any time if you want to talk through anything, have us put you in touch with resources, or just to say hi.

During this virtual semester, check out Eliot House weekly Yoga happening on Sundays and Tuesdays, as well as the many awesome events at the Center for Wellness and Health Promotion.

Our weekly offering, The Living Room, is a supportive, affirming community space (currently virtual!) where we try to get beyond superficial conversations and talk openly about all of our highs and lows. We also sometimes incorporate journaling, brief meditations, quotes, or affirmations. Everyone is welcome! Join us on Wednesdays at 8pm (off video - so feel free to get cozy in your pajamas).
