Hi Eliot! I’m excited to start off another year with my wife Lia and our poodle Vera. I’m in my last year of a PhD in Neuroscience, as part of the MD/PhD program. Before that, I did my undergrad at Johns Hopkins, where I studied biology and math and spent the summers volunteering at children’s centers. I also spent two years in the UK studying cancer biology. I have many geographic alliances…I was born in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, where most of my family still lives, and grew up between Switzerland, Germany, Texas, and New Mexico. I enjoy working with kids in the classroom and the clinic, playing alto sax, watching good movies, and going on runs along the Charles.
